CORE STABILITY:
The keystone for preventing back pain
Weak, un-conditioned muscles in the abdomen and low back may be predisposing
you to low back pain. This class utilizes static and dynamic exercises to
develop core muscle strength while minimizing risk of re-injury. Advanced
techniques include use of the
stability ball to bolster both strength and
balance.

Our small group exercise classes have a low 3:1 student to instructor ratio.
