Sports Injury Therapy

Sports injury therapy utilizes manual therapies including therapeutic
modalities (ultrasound, IFC, TENS, etc.), rehabilitative exercises, and
supportive taping and bracing to prevent, recognize, manage and rehabilitate
injuries related to sport exercise or recreational activity.
Any injury, whether acute or chronic, can and should be treated to decrease
inflammation, increase circulation and speed up the recovery process.
Treatment of stubborn, chronic injuries will increase range of motion and break
down scar tissue.
Patients are instructed how to aid in their own recovery and prevent
relapse through stretching and strengthening exercise.
